Regarding the total network available in Portugal:
The data provided on this page is collected and made available to the National Access Point (NAP) by MOBI.E, in its capacity as the Electric Mobility Data Aggregation Entity (EADME), as established under the new Legal Framework for Electric Mobility (Decree-Law No. 93/2025).
In carrying out these responsibilities, MOBI.E aggregates the static and dynamic data relating to charging points reported by Operators, in accordance with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/670 of 2 February 2022 and the AFIR Regulation. For further information, please refer to the applicable Technical Rule.

Regarding the network connected to MOBI.E:
In addition, this page provides data collected through the MOBI.E management platform, to which the charging stations of connected Operators are linked. This data is made available as part of MOBI.E's responsibilities as the Electric Mobility Network Management Entity, performed under the current transitional legal framework, which remains in force until 31 December 2027.
